<p>ACCRA, Jan. 5 爱情诗歌散文 (Xinhua) -- The government of Ghana has commissioned an ultra-modern 650-bed medical center for the country's premier university, University of Ghana, Legon.</p>
<p>President John Dramani Mahama, while opening the center on Wednesday, said completion of the 217 million-U.S.-dollars facility, which was just the first phase of the proposed new teaching hospital for the medical school, would reduce the cases of Ghanaians traveling abroad to seek medical care as well as making 超短裙丝袜 Ghana a center of medical tourism.</p>

<p>The president added that the center would form part of the Teaching Hospital of the University of Ghana.</p>

<p>The project, financed by a loan from the Israeli government, sits on a 400-acre land behind the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR). It will house all health institutions of the University of Ghana currently located at the country's premiere Teaching Hospital at Korle-Bu in Accra.</p>
<p>Among the specialized services to be delivered by the hospital are Gastroenterology, Trauma and Orthopedics, Urology, Othumology, Ear-Nose-Throat, Cardiology, Dermatology, Neurology and Radiology and Accident and Emergency services.</p>
<p>Present at the commissioning was the Israeli Ambassador to the Republic of Ghana, Ami Mehl.</p>

<p>The second phase of the project, which will commence after the hospital begins operations, will include the addition of 400 beds, a modern community morgue, heart, cancer and rehabilitation centers, as well as a dialysis unit. </p>
